We’re really pleased that we’ve had lots of new members this month already. When we ask people how they heard about us, the most frequent answer is “word of mouth” – so please do continue to spread the word! As part of our annual involvement in Heritage Open Days, we are offering free guided tours on the 6th, 7th and 8th of September (check the Events section of the website for details). Although we don’t have too many events going on this month (but just wait until the autumn begins!), we did have a really successful fundraising night on Monday at the Stand Comedy Club. Thanks are due to The Stand, to Hay & Kilner Solicitors (our sponsor for the evening), and to all those who came along on the night. Your support is much appreciated.
Saturday sees the final day of our Family Science Club, and there are still some spaces available, so please let us know if you’d like to come along.
